Scavenger Hunts

Scavenger hunts are very popular with kids but normally held in large outdoor areas those kind aren't very practical during quarantine so I've found some that can be done indoors, in your garden or to make your daily exercise a bit more exciting. Click here for my own Epic Scavenger Hunt or try the suggestions below.

Scavenger Hunts

*NEW for May/June 2020*

Two new PDF Scavenger Hunts I've written for May Half Term. Both suitable for all children, teens and adults. Should keep you busy; 20 items in each. Good Luck!

Scavenger Hunts

For Under 5s

Scavenger Hunts

For 5-7s

  • Great Maths Scavenger Hunt from Family Math Night

  • A long Indoor Scavenger Hunt from Hey Lets's Make Stuff - you need to put in your email to get the download or you could just write down some of the suggested list. She also made a Backyard Scavenger Hunt.

  • An Alphabet Scavenger Hunt. Try to find one item for each letter of the alphabet (we'll allow you something with the letter x or z in the name so it isn't too difficult). You might not want to race for this one, take your time and see if you can finish it.

Scavenger Hunts

For 8-11s

Scavenger Hunts

For 11-16s

  • A People-Watching Scavenger Hunt from My Kids Adventures that you can do from your window - if you live in a quiet street it might take a while...

  • It doesn't take you away from the screen but maybe race a friend online to see who can get all these looked up first in my Online Scavenger Hunt.

  • This is my own Epic Scavenger Hunt. Beware there are 40 items on it so it might take a while...
